Service details
Ohlone Humane Society pays the remaining surgery cost; caregivers pay the $60 copay plus any added services. Current partner clinics include Valley Humane, For Paws, and Nine Lives. Schedule the surgery before applying for the voucher; allow 3–5 days for approval.
